We listed our rental property with Brian in June, 2019. Within a day of listing we had an offer significantly below Brian's recommended asking price. Brian advised us to counteroffer but since the property had not been advertised nor uploaded to the various real estate websites we decided not to pursue the offer. And then we waited, and waited, throughout a very slow summer market. We were starting to have doubts and went away to visit family in the east in October. No sooner were we away and Brian contacted us with an offer at the same price as the original offer. I am impressed at how hard he worked to move the offer to a price and on terms that were acceptable to us. A key term was that we agreed to build a new access to the property. Since we were away Brian developed the plan for the access, obtained District approval, arranged a contractor at a very reasonable price and got the purchaser's buy-in. When we got home everything was in place to move forward to closing. Brian went way beyond what I would have expected of my Realtor and made the deal happen. -MH
